Full Description: View of the Rubicon River crossing between the reservoir and Camper Flat yesterday 7/01. Some remaining snow on nearby peaks as well. It was extremely fast moving and no one was crossing. Please plan accordingly so that you don't overcrowd the Rockbound and Rubicon zones
