Full Description: The road into the Glen Alpine trailhead is now open; however, there are numerous, new, large potholes and washouts. Use extreme caution. It will be easy to knock your alignment out and/or blow out a tire. A vehicle with heavy duty suspension and extra clearance is your best choice. The Glen Alpine hiking trail is full of water about 50 yards past the trailhead gate. The water is flowing into Lily Lake. The Lower Glen Alpine waterfall is gushing.
