Full Description: read on FB posting by Gabriel G Rosa..Recent trip report, hopefully useful to others: started at Echo sno-park 4:45a 4/20. Sno-park completely accessible. Road to upper parking lot not accessible by vehicle, walked. 5:30a - 6:30a was able to snowshoe across both Lower and Upper echo along the western coast -- stable but would not recommend, as it was probably one of the last times to do this safely. Upper Echo to Haypress Meadows below/west of the PCT had plenty of solid snow. Snowshoes useful for grip. Tamarack frozen solid. Followed the PCT towards LotW junction, then down into LotW (solid). Spent the night, light snowfall, very windy. Crossed LotW towards Chain/American lakes (Desolation Valley). Complete winter wonderland. Crossed Aloha towards Heather/Le Conte. Mostly solid, but scary
