Full Description: From the northern wilderness boundary to the creek coming from Highland Lake, there are four downed trees, all between 25-32". From Highland Creek to the junction of 4-Qs / McConnell Loop, there are two trees, 21" & 33" dbh. Both crossings of the Rubicon River and of Phipps Creek were uneventful and fairly easy, according to the ranger who went there.
